1. Search and find a product
Use the keyword search for a fast and simple product search. You can of course always use the advanced search. This allows you to among others to search for certain manufacturers or limit your search to a certain category. You want to spend only a certain amount? Please enter the amount in the search mask. Additionally you have the possibility to sort your search results by price.

2. Your shopping basket
During the entire purchase process you can view your shopping basket at any time. These items can be altered at any time. There is an article you don’t want any more more or you would like to have a certain article 2 times? Only when you have made your final decision about your articles your order will be continued.

3. Address data entry
When you are completely satisfied with the choice of items in your shopping basket you will get to enter your address information. You can enter your delivery address seperately if it differs your billing address. Even now you still have the possibility to edit the items in your shoopping basket. You will then be redirected to the first step of your order transaction.

4. Select your form of payment
Choose your most convenient form of payment with a single click. You can change it at any time during your order transaction.

5. Do you have questions left?
Please send them to us directly with your order. During your order transaction you have the possibility to send us an additional message which will be transferred to us with your order. We try to answer your question immediately. Should you have nbo questions just leave this field blank.

6. View aand confirm your order
Before sending your order to us you once again have the opportunity to check all your entries. Something is wrong? No problem, you still can apply changes. When all entries are correct, send us your order. You will then immediately receive a confirmation of your order by email.

7. Shipping and delivery
Your ordered items will be made ready for delivery immediately after your order or your payment and shipped to you.
Shipping is done by our most competent partner.

8. Look forward for your delivery!
As soon as you have recieved your package please inspect it immediately for possible shipping damages and inform us promptly, if necessary. We will endeavour to immediately replace the damaged items.
Of course the major part of our deliveries arrive undamaged.
